Do I need a business license and insurance?
Yes, The suite owners require a business number, cosmetology license (if applicable) and insurance.
Can I design my suite?
Yes, customizing your space allows you to impress your clients. *There are some restrictions
Can I use my own contractor in setting up my suite?
We have contractors, electricians, and painters available at discounted rates to assist you in setting up your professional space. *Will depend on the work
Do rooms have water access?
Some of our rooms have water access. We also offer communal shampoo bowls for the rooms without water access should you need it.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, we offer a 12-month contract.
How much is rent?
Rent is based on room size and amenities (window, water access, etc.)
How many clients can I have in my suite?
We ask that you do not have more than 2 clients in your suite at a time depending on the size of your suite. This amount could change depending on Covid restrictions.
